Dear Sir or Madam:

I wrote to you about two months ago, and I have not heard back from you. I wish to rent one of your cars, but I have some concerns.

I am in charge of the Grand Sector of Holstar Gypsies. Our organization is planning a road trip towards the end of October (of this year). We will be uniting in Ontario, right by your car outlet (at the airport). We will need to reserve a large van with a seating capacity of 6 ½ (the ½ being a goat). We intend on taking this car into the United States, and will need it for two weeks.
We will need your rental rates and all the information on mileage costs and animal insurance (for our goat). Also, we have a situation that I wish to inform you of before we rent the van.

Some of the members of our organization get a bit ‘rowdy’ sometimes. Quite often, they get restless from the hours of driving that we do, and end up placing a curse on the car. We take curses very seriously in our organization, and we are afraid that you may not want the car back once we have placed a curse on it. As Arch-Falster of the Grand Sector, I can ensure you that I will make every attempt to remove the curse before returning the car to you, but my powers are limited (and quite often they don’t tell me what kind of curse they have placed).

I would also need to know further information about carrying animals with us in your car. Is this against your policy? Some of our other organization heads have used your rental agency and have recommended it to me. I am confident that you will be able to accommodate us.

Could you please let me know that you have received my letter and that reservations can be made? Also, please address the concerns I have outlined. I am worried that you did not receive my first letter, and I am hoping that this second letter reaches you. Thank you.

Sincerely Yours,

NO ONE EVER REPLIED (SENT TO 5 PLACES)
