Dear Sir Or Madam,
I love ketchup. I use Ketchup on French Fries, Potatoes, Pickles, Fried Green Tomatoes, and on Ketchup Chips. Your Ketchup is the only kind I have ever been able to trust.
The other day, I was sitting down, and preparing to enjoy a nice tossed salad with your ketchup. While I waited for the Ketchup to ooze it's way out, my car got towed. I believe the slogan for your company is "It's worth the wait". Well, this is the only time that your Ketchup has not been worth the wait ! I am not complaining, it is really my own fault for parking where I did. Truthfully , I could have moved my car, instead of waiting for your sauce to come out.
Are there any new types of ketchup coming out? I know you have new multi colored Ketchup on the shelves already.

Dear Sophie,
I am writing back to you because your reply sparked an idea in my head! In case you are unfamiliar with whom I am, I wrote you a letter last month. I have enclosed my previous letter for quick reference.
You said in your reply something to the effect of, "it is a good story".
- (those are inspirational words)
I think my story would make a good commercial for your company. You could have a guy sitting at a restaurant watching his car be towed. He refuses to get up because "Heinz is worth the wait". The commercial could end with elephants jumping on Ketchup bottles. The relative size of an elephant to a Ketchup bottle seems equivalent to a person and a Ketchup packet (respectively). When I was younger, I jumped on ketchup packets that were scattered about the street.
Please write back and let me know that you have received this letter. Do not worry, if I do not hear from you, I will send you another letter (it can be so hard to trust the postal system nowadays).
