Dear Legoland:
My name is NAME USED, and I am a self-employed Ufologist currently residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My whole life, I have been somewhat of a drifter. I have never really had a place I could call "home". My father worked for the Toque section of the United States Military, so we moved around a lot.
One of the only aspect of my childhood that I could say was pleasurable, was my Lego collection. Lego got me through some really hard times. When I entered into adolescence, I made sure that my Lego collection came everywhere I went. This is what I have constructed using Lego: a toy car, a cactus, a sword, a cerebellum, and a chesterfield.
You may be wondering why I am writing you today. Well, to put it bluntly, I would like to be a resident of Legoland. I have never had a place I can call home, and would be honoured if I could become a citizen of Legoland. I understand that you may not want me living in the park, but I would settle for a certificate that signifies my citizenship. Do not be fooled by my Canadian address, I am very much a citizen of the United States (I mention this in case you worry about immigration problems).
If you could please get back to me regarding my request, I would be most appreciative. It is nice to see the Lego is to have correspondence the old fashioned way (via 'real mail'). I look forward to your reply!
Sincerely Yours,

Dear Guest Services:
Wow! When I initially sent you my first letter (which is attached for quick reference) I never thought you would invite me to live in Legoland. I have to admit, I do not feel worthy of residence in your compound.
Could you please send me all the necessary information on what my new address will be and who to contact about the moving expenses. I have already booked a moving company (Canada Moving) and they want to know who to contact about the bill.
There is no way to explain the excitement I felt when I saw your reply with the heading of "Guest Services". To be a live-in guest of Legoland far exceeds any expectations I had when I sent my original letter. Would if be okay if I brought some non-Lego furniture (I like to have a bit of cushioning when I sit).
Please write back to me and inform me of when you would like me to relocate. I have already started to pack my possessions and take apart my furniture (a lot of my furniture is Lego based).
I look forward to living with you!
Sincerely Yours,
