May 10th, 2001

Dear Sir or Madam:

I will be flying into New York on November 13th and I wish to make reservations (for Six) at your restaurant for that night (around 9:37 p.m.). I have heard a lot of great things about your restaurant, and can hardly wait to witness them first hand.

I have some concerns that I wish to address, and hopefully have resolved. My friends who recently dined at your restaurant mentioned that you have "Fire-breathers" who flame broil the food. I would prefer to have my food flame broiled by a female fire-breather, not a male one. I would also prefer that the Opera Wrestlers stay away from my table during the appetizers. I can appreciate certain forms of entertainment, but Opera Wrestlers are a little past my entertainment standards.

Please write back to me and inform me on any further information you require from me for my reservation. I look forward to dining at Palio's.

Sincerely Yours,
