Dear Sir Or Madam,


     I am writing to find out if I need a permit to put up a sign on my street. I was going to put it up on my own, but a friend mentioned that I needed a permit. Is this so?

     I have already had the sign made, and it says, "Rainbow Trout Free Zone". We have had some problems in the neighborhood with Rainbow Trout, and our neighborhood council has decided enough is enough! Rainbow Trout are no longer allowed on our streets I was thinking of putting the sign up at the end of the week, but I will wait for your reply.

     If I do not here back from your branch, then I will assume a permit is not needed. How much would it cost to get a permit to demolish a pond? We have a feeling that the trout frequent the pond. Please let me know!
