Dear Sir or Madam,


     I am moving from Kamloops to Winnipeg and have heard great things about your moving company. I have already made the transition to Winnipeg, but my house and possessions are still in Kamloops. I was wondering if you could inform me on your rates for moving. I have a few specialty items that will need to be extremely cared for. I will also not need anyone to pack up my house; I still have all the original boxes from my last move (5 cu., 4cu, China Barrels, 2 cu.).

     I have major concerns for some of the items in my house. I have in my possession a very dear memorabilia of Elvis Presley. My parents were large fans of Mr. Presley’s , and collected quite an extensive amount of rare objects. The most priceless part of the collection, which has since been passed down to me, is a cryogenically frozen canine that Elvis once had. Elvis had this dog with him through his Blue Hawaii tour. The dog unfortunately contracted Guinea worm, but instead of putting him to sleep, Elvis had him frozen, and kept in his Memphis mansion. After years of hand-switching and auctions, the dog fell into the possession of my parents (and then on to me). The cryogenic chamber is a self-containing unit that runs on battery power, but it needs to be crated (or something along those lines).

     I also have a few rare Dean Stockwell (the”Quantum Leap” Megastar) posters and paintings that I would need to be carefully moved. I would prefer that the posters are not rolled up, but left flat. They are all in mint condition, and I wish them to stay that way. I have not had any trouble with them in previous moves.

     If you could please write back to me and inform me of how much it would cost to have these issue printed out, I would be most appreciative. When I lived in Vancouver, I was a subscriber of your paper, and enjoyed every issue.
